Karisa McDaniel is an enthusiastic Licensed Ordained Evangelist and the innovator of Exceptional Emcee Productions. As the life of the party, she uses her “over-the-top” personality to keep events running smooth and on time! If you need a prayer, this warrior’s voice and cadence seemingly bring Him right to the room .  A past and present member of Toastmaster International recipient, Karisa has over 20 years of professional sales, community engagement and public speaking experience. As a corporate subject matter expert for American Express she excelled training relationship care service skills internationally for call centers in Mumbai and New Delhi India, Manilla Philippines. During her time at American Express, she received numerous awards and received recognition for both Customer Service Sales and  awarded top tier leadership from their prior CEO, Kenneth Chenault. Her enthusiasm, and genuine curiosity to hear others life perspective, Karisa delivers each event with love, adoration, respect and compassion.

Known for her high-level of customer service and ability to hear the customer’s needs, she transforms their ideas into impactful and visual stories that engage the audience in a personal way. She is gifted at leading a prayer or conversation. Strangers do not exist to Karisa, meeting people from all over the world, from all economic backgrounds, discovering people are human! We are all children of Jesus Christ. An advocate for others who require additional guidance to live their lives to the fullest, professionally, Karisa has worked in the Behavioral Health industry  since 2013.

Karisa holds an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, a bachelor’s in Business Administration and master’s degree in Human Services. She also enjoys traveling, meeting people, being with her family, studying the Holy Bible and spending time with the Lord.
